Your monthly membership for $199 allows for unlimited access to a variety of classes, including Hydro-Fitness, Pilates Reformer, Fit for All, and Stretch & Roll. Classes begin October 3rd. Your monthly membership also includes 25-minute solo swims. Solo swims are limited to one booking per day and are available to book immediately. Your monthly membership will automatically renew every month from the date of purchase.

Pilates Reformer: A full body conditioning program comprised of a series of approximately 500 designed movements. Pilates improves strength, flexibility, balance, control, and muscular symmetry. The rhythmic exercises promote elongated and toned muscles, and are noted for developing strength in the abdomen, lower back, and glutes, creating a strong body core. 4 person max
Fit For All: This is a 45-minute functional fitness class with a warm-up plus strength, cardio and core! All fitness experiences are welcome and all workouts are customizable to individual goals. Expect a safe and effective workout lead by a professional Beacon coach. 6 person max
Hydro-Fitness: A fun way to learn how to use water to improve your fitness and mobility. Perfect for all levels! During our 35 minutes together, we will hit all the benchmarks including strengthening, balance, aerobic and dynamic stretching strategies. 2 person max
Stretch & Roll: This is a 20-minute guided class for injury prevention and tissue maintenance. Expect gentle strength and mobility work using light weights, lacrosse balls, and foam rollers. 6 person max
