Meet the Team

  • PT, MPT, OCS - Originally from the beautiful state of Vermont, Erin obtained her Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Vermont in 2004 and became a Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist from the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialists in 2020. Along with her passion for orthopedics, Erin obtained a certificate in Nutrition and Healthy Living from Cornell University. Erin was co-owner of Edgewater Orthopedic Physical Therapy from 2007-2020 where she worked alongside many caring and skilled clinicians. Outside of the clinical setting, Erin is an avid athlete completing Ironman Lake Placid, Boston Marathon, numerous nationwide marathons, half-marathons, half Ironman triathlons, and cycling time trial competitions. In 2018-2019 Erin had the honor of joining the medical staff for the U.S. Women’s National Hockey Team, thanks to Dr. Ally Howe. Traveling to Detroit Michigan for Winter Camp 2018, Lake Placid New York for Summer Training Camp 2019, and Hartford Connecticut in 2019, Erin was a member of a once in a lifetime opportunity working alongside a tremendously driven, talented, and loyal group of athletes and medical staff, an experience she will forever be grateful for.

The most important aspect of these experiences over the years has been the community and friends that she has been able to share these adventures with. Erin has learned the most influential lessons regarding the power of community, sense of belonging, and the strength of motivation when it comes to healing oneself inside and out. It is these lessons, along with Erin’s orthopedic experience and passion to help others find joy in movement that have been the catalyst in the formation of H2O Fitness Collaborative. It is with many thanks to our passionate team of healthcare and fitness practitioners willing to work together under one roof that allows us all to proudly launch H2O Fitness Collaborative.

Jocelyn has experience in both the outpatient and skilled nursing setting, and enjoys working with all ages and all diagnoses. She appreciates the opportunity that she has had as a physical therapist to be a part of the patient journey, and enjoys using her passion to provide holistic and thoughtful care. Jocelyn prides herself on her curiosity and love of functional movement, and the meaningful impact that it has on one’s health and wellbeing. Outside of work, she enjoys long walks on the beach, fawning over any dog she meets, and spending time with her friends and family.

While at H2O, Bruno’s main duties are making sure to elicit a smile from patients and catching up on his sleep. When not at the clinic, Bruno enjoys spending time outdoors with his family, lounging in front of the fire, and preventing people from leaving his house by sitting in front of the door.
