30 Minute Personal Training Session $39
Short on time but want a targeted workout?! 30 minutes is all you need! Our Flash 30 Fitness program is the perfect opportunity for a custom HIIT workout, a targeted stretching & foam rolling session or to simply progress your current routine. Our Flash 30 Fitness program can add that needed boost of variety you're looking for!

My goal is to support you in finding your inner strength and harnessing it to implement movement and lifestyle changes that will allow you to do more of what you love doing for your lifetime!
I am a certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, and Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. I have been a competitive endurance athlete for many years competing in everything from 5K races to full Ironman distance triathlons. I most recently completed a certification in Nutritional Therapy as I realized the critical role that diet and lifestyle have in optimizing health and longevity. I am a curious lifelong learner and love to dive deep into all aspects of high-performance living.
I work with large and small groups as well as one on one with clients. I incorporate my own training and experiences to develop programs that will enhance the quality of your life and allow each client to have the best experience possible!
