Full Body Conditioning

1 hour Private & Semi-Private reformer instruction with certified Pilates instructors

Reformer Pilates is a full body-conditioning program comprised of a series of approximately 500 designed movements. Pilates improves strength, flexibility, balance, control, and muscular symmetry. The rhythmic exercises promote elongated and toned muscles, are noted for developing abdomen, lower back, and buttocks strength, and create a strong body core. To inquire about scheduling options please reach out directly to Candace or Ameyna.

Candace Laliberte

Candace is a Maine Native, certified in Yoga, Barre, Pilates, and Bounce. After gaining a bachelor's degree in Psychology, she completed a diagnostic medical ultrasound program in 2008.  Soon thereafter, her movement studies began when she completed a 200 hour yoga teacher training.

During the pandemic, Candace sustained a shoulder injury due to the repetitive motions associated with her profession. After two surgeries and a plateau in rehabilitation, she began to find healing benefits with Pilates. Consistent Reformer classes resulted in gained mobility and strength.

She was encouraged and energized by her gains, improved range of motion, and significant reduction in pain. Her enthusiasm resulted in a continued pursuit of movement education and she became certified in Barre and Pilates.

Ameyna Cryts

Ameyna discovered Pilates in 2019 after years as an athlete, and it completely changed her approach to movement. What drew her in was how Pilates seamlessly blends strength, mobility, and flexibility into one practice—and that she could do it anywhere. That love for the method inspired her to pursue her certification in 2023.
Now as a certified Pilates instructor, Ameyna specializes in athletic reformer for athletes and prenatal/postnatal Pilates. There's nothing more rewarding to her than watching her clients accomplish things they never thought possible. Whether you're an athlete looking to enhance performance, expecting or recovering from pregnancy, or simply ready to discover what your body can do, she's here to guide you through every movement.
